The Perfect Everything
Built on private land, our fully staffed villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and consists of one master bedroom, four king-size bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a large comfortable lounge, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a guest kitchen, a private gym, a children's playroom, large swimming pool, sun terrace and lush tropical gardens.

SHA Plus Registered and Certified
In 2021 we went through a number of steps to become SHA Plus Certified. In doing so, our Baan Kata Keeree villa is now also known as Kata Keeree Hotel for the sake of SHA registration rules.

Fully Staffed & Ready To Help
Our villa manager will arrange and provide you with everything you need during your stay. From organising your bedrooms, your meals, your in-villa massages, through to your daytrip adventures and local transport. He's your one-stop concierge and can even organise your evenings out, a trip to a golf course or even a recommended tailor!
Our chefs will provide you with some of the finest food you will eat during your trip to Phuket. From awesome breakfasts and lunches, to 5-star like evening meals, all prepared in our kitchen and cooked from freshly purchased local ingredients, and all served with a smile.
Our room maids make up the living areas and your bedrooms 'as new' every day, ensuring everything you need is in place.

The largest bedroom in the villa is the master bedroom which has uninterrupted direct sea views of Kata Beach and the Andaman Sea.

At the back of the villa, we have an air-conditioned childrens playroom.

With a multitude of professional equipment, your daily exercise routine can remain in your schedule.
Garden Tranquility
Relax in the lower-deck garden, which looks over the reef below. Green trees, blue skies, and your favourite drink.

Six Bedroom Luxury Villa
Baan Kata Keeree is a six bedroom villa, set in private grounds around 20 meters above sea level, accommodating up to 14 guests.
Large Swimming Pool
Our private pool, the villa centerpiece, with sun loungers and panoramic views across Kata Bay and the Andaman Sea. It's 12 x 5 meters.

Ocean Front Villa
Baan Kata Keeree is an oceanfront villa. Our lounge, gardens, bedrooms and terrace all have uninterrupted sea views across Kata Beach.
Lounge Area Seating
The lounge has soft luxurious sofas and cushions, with views over the swimming pool and Kata Beach.
Lounge TV/Audio
There's a TV media system with DVDs, air-conditioning and a poolside-connected music/audio system.
Guest Kitchen
At the top of the lounge is the Guest Kitchen. Help yourself, or ask staff to help, for tea, coffees, iced drinks, etc.
Master Bedroom
The largest bedroom in the villa is the master bedroom which has uninterrupted direct sea views of Kata Beach and the Andaman Sea.
Master Bathroom
The bathroom is next to the walk-in closet, and has separate areas for sink/vanity unit, toilet, shower and hot-tub bath.
Double-Bed Bedrooms
There are 5 main double bedrooms across the ground floor and upper floor. All are en-suite with luxury fittings, incldung TV, Desk/Chair, Sofa, Safe Box, Fridge.
Twin Bedroom
There is 1 twin bedroom that contains two single beds. Often this room is used for 2-4 children who prefer to sleep in the same room (spare bedding required).
Childrens Playroom
At the back of the villa, we have an air-conditioned childrens playroom.

There's a TV, books, toys, an assortment of games, soft seating, floorspace, etc..

En-route to the childrens playroom and the private gym is this gated area with a fish pond, stepping stones and a gentle waterfall.

Enjoy our multi-purpose water-jetted jacuzzi, often used as a children's paddling pool for the youngsters.
