Additional Services

For maximum flexibility, we offer the villa as self-catering with additional services available on request, ie. airport transfers, room cleaning, chef. We can arrange a maid service to clean the villa and chef service to cook your meals for any days that you’d like. If you’d like any other services, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. You can decide on these any time up to 1 week before your stay but we recommend booking the chef early, especially during high season.

Running Costs

Electricity is charged at cost plus 5% to encourage responsible usage. The cost of electricity cost is mainly driven by aircon. Without aircon, the daily cost is about 250THB/day, with aircon in the bedrooms at night with doors and windows closed, the cost comes to about THB500-600/day. The villa usually enjoys a thru breeze in the living area (and we have fans) so most guests don’t use aircon in the living space.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are provided for arrivals and departures (one minibus) at 1,200THB per minivan for upto 8 guests. Entrance to our villa is provided by our villa manager, and a breakfast welcome pack is also provided on your first morning.

Arrivals & Departures

You can have access to your accommodation from 3.00pm in the afternoon, and departures must be no later than 11.00am in the morning. If you have an early arrival or late departure requirement, please ask us if we can adjust your access times. Our reply may depend on the length of your stay and also take into account the previous departing group or the arrivals of the next group.

Taxi Service

Our neighbour runs a taxi service and has a people carrier as well as a van that can accommodate up to 14 people. He can help with anything from a short run to the shops, a night on the town to a day trip round the island. He gives priority to our guests so there's no need to book in advance; it's like having a van with driver at your service throughout your stay but you just pay for any trips you make. If you prefer to book a car with driver for your stay, the rate will be THB3,500/day (for trips within Phuket).

Baby Cots

There are 3 basic baby cots in the villa. You can use them free of charge. In addition, there are 2 high-chairs which can be used for infants at meal times too, again, free of charge.

Payment Methods

Generally, payments are made by bank transer to a UK bank account, where the funds are requested in GBP (UK Pounds). If you prefer to pay by Debit Card or Credit Card, that can be facilitated using PayPal, although an additional processing fee may apply.

Payment Schedule

Payment Schedule is 50% deposit to confirm your stay, and the final 50% is due 60 days (2 months) before arrival.
