Location

The villa sits between Ao Yon and Khao Khad near to Cape Panwa in the south of Phuket. This spot is one of Phuket’s best kept secrets with undeveloped beaches in sheltered bays; many Phuket locals have never been here. But the views from the villa, beaches and nearby viewpoints are amazing. The quiet surroundings make for a really peaceful and relaxing stay; the perfect getaway.

Be driven anywhere in Phuket by our next-door taxi driver who's always on call. He can help with anything from a short run to the shops, a night out or a day trip around the island.

The villa is situated on a small peninsular and has two separate unspoiled beaches just a few minutes walk away. Khao Khad is 1-2 minutes walk from the villa with nearly 1km stretch of beach. It’s undeveloped with just a few beach bars and restaurants with shallow waters making it great for children. Ao Yon beach is 2-3 minutes walk away and is also quiet and undevelolped. Both beaches are relatively sheltered and don’t have the high waves and rip tides that the west coast beaches experience.

Ao Yon and Khao Khad have a wide range of places to eat and drink. From street-side vendors selling fresh fruit shakes and freshly brewed coffee to a broad range of restaurants offering Western and Thai food, there’s not shortage of options witihin easy walking distance. Many of these have stunning beachside settings and range from low cost, local style bar/restaurants to more upscale eateries. There are numerous more restaurants within a 5-7 minute drive of the villa and it’s easy to get a taxi/van there and back.

There’s a well stocked convenience store (Family Mart) just 250m from the villa and a large supermarket in Ao Makham, just 5 minutes by car. Borae, also 5 minutes away, has a wonderful fresh market every afternoon selling locally grown fruit & vegetables, locally caught fish and fresh meat as well as cooked food. There’s also a spa, book shop and ATM all within a short walk of the villa.

For the major international supermarkets, shopping malls and cinema multiplex, Phuket Town and Phuket Central are 20 minutes away.
